What to expect

  • Ivine greets you and confirms your table number from the QR message.
  • Browse the full menu by category — from Hors d'oeuvres to Dessert, with prices in ₦.
  • Order in plain language, add notes like "no garlic" or "medium spice".
  • Nothing is placed until you confirm — then you get an order number and live updates as it's prepared.

What to expect

  • Your order appears as a new ticket with its table number, items, and total.
  • Kitchen notes travel with the ticket — the "no garlic" you typed shows up highlighted for the chef.
  • Tap Start Order and check WhatsApp — Ivine tells the guest the kitchen has begun.
  • Cancel flows too: mark an item unavailable and the guest is messaged with alternatives.
